Dacoo provides a unified platform that connects messaging channels such as Facebook Messenger, Viber, TikTok, Telegram and email into a single dashboard. For data you collect about your own End Customers, you act as the controller and Dacoo acts as your processor. For data about your account and your use of the Service, Dacoo acts as controller.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and profile information: name, business name, email address, phone number and login credentials.
- Billing information: plan, transaction records and payment status (card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us).
- End Customer communications: messages, contact details, attachments and conversation history that pass through Connected Channels you link.
- Usage and log data: features used, actions taken, timestamps and diagnostic information.
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers and cookies.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you when you register, configure the Service or contact us;
- Automatically through your use of the Service, including cookies and similar technologies;
- Through Connected Channels and integrations you authorise, which transmit messages and contact data to the Service.

- Connected Channel providers (e.g. Meta, Viber, TikTok, Telegram) to deliver and receive messages you send;
- AI service providers that process content to generate features, under appropriate safeguards;
- Authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect rights and safety;
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- We do not sell your personal data.
7. International Data Transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside Myanmar. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
